Tags look great. Just what I was looking for. Took a while for me to figure out how to use the site to create my own tag. Company wasn't very helpful. Once I figured it out it worked fine and got what I wanted.

The nametags I ordered are heavy duty plastic that looks shiny and attractive. The color is good. The magnetic attachments are very strong. It took a little longer (almost two weeks) to receive them via USPS than I thought it would based on other comments, but I wasn't in a hurry so it didn't matter. I like that I can order more nametags with the same saved design as we add new members. Using the coupon code made the price very good.

Awesome service and great name tag for price

I am extremely satisfied with our name tags. When we first received our order it wasn't what I expected. The areas that should have been colored white, were left blank. I immediately replied via email. They requested a photo of the name tag that we received. They turned around and sent us new name tags that matched exactly what we were looking for! She didn't even request us to pay to ship back the name tags that were done incorrectly. Thank you for going above and beyond for us! We will look to you again when we need name tags again.
