Name Tag Wizard accepts returns within 60 calendar days of you receiving your order. The delivery date is determined by the delivery confirmation data from the carrier (i.e. UPS, USPS, FedEx). To qualify for a return or replacement your order must meet at least one of our essential requirements, see here for details. Proofs can be requested during checkout by using the comments box. This is located on the last checkout page. Proofs may result in a delay in order processing.

No, you can order 1 product if that is all you need. There are no minimum orders.
There is no set up fee if you supply your art, logo or photo. We are sometimes able to create simple logos for customers, however we do not offer graphic design services.
Vector art is best, at least 300dpi. We can accept jpg, png, psd, pdf, ai, eps, bmp, and tiff files. Maximum file size is 8MB.
