Yes, we ship to these US territories via USPS First Class or USPS Priority. More shipping details can be found here.
Same day shipping is not an option, however most orders are ready to ship the following business day after your order is placed. Actual delivery time will depend on the method of shipping chosen at checkout.
Once the order leaves our facility, customer orders shipping UPS will see a tracking update within 12 hours and customer orders shipping USPS will see an update with 72 hours. Holidays and extreme weather conditions may slightly delay tracking updates.

Once you have logged into your account, click on "my account." Here you will find an address book where you will see all the addresses you have shipped to, along with your default address. You can create different contact names under one address. Also, upon checkout, mark that you want to ship to a different address in block 1, then in block 2 choose who you would like on the invoice. The information pre-populates our system automatically so the invoice is created with whatever information you have selected at checkout. You can also ship to a different address at checkout. Just click to "ship to a different address" and then select "new" at the bottom of the drop down list of addresses. Here you can enter the new address, and this address will be stored.

All products are customized domestically. Some materials may originate from overseas locations.
Yes we offer magnetic name tags. At Name Tag Wizard you can find a variety of name tag backings including magnets, swivel clips and pins. When you are using our design tool, you can use the dropdown for "backing" and select which backing type you want. You can also purchase lanyards seprately. Lanyards are held with bulldog clips.
At this time we do not offer magnetic strips on photo ID cards. Custom bar codes can be added however.
Currently one size and material weight (thickness) is offered for photo IDs.
Proofs can be requested during checkout by using the comments box. This is located on the last checkout page. Proofs may result in a delay in order processing.
There is no set up fee if you supply your art, logo or photo. We are sometimes able to create simple logos for customers, however we do not offer graphic design services.
Vector art is best, at least 300dpi. We can accept jpg, png, psd, pdf, ai, eps, bmp, and tiff files. Maximum file size is 8MB.

Yes. Our system stores your past orders and designs. If you would like to reorder a previous design, simply log into your account and go to your saved designs. Next to the design you would like to order, click the "order design" button. We may also be able to recreate a name tag or ID card that was not originally produced by us, but we may require pictures, dimensions, and extra time for processing.
You can hit the “Add New Text Box” button regardless of if you have an existing text box selected or not. It will add the new one to the center of the design visible on your screen.
If you are ordering executive name tags with holders, we offer silver, gold and white. This depends on the sku you select. For aluminum desk plates you can choose from black, silver, yellow and rose gold, however, available colors are specific to the size and style of name plates. For cubicle or wall plates, the color options also generally depend on size, however we offer black, brown, grey, tan and white.
Executive badges are made with higher quality materials and are more durable due to the frame border.
If you click Order Design and make your change on the wizard, you will be able to save it as a new design. If you'd like to remove a design you no longer wish to order, feel free to click Delete Design from "My Saved Designs"

Ordering

We offer full color printed name tags and engraved name tags. When you choose an engraved name tag product, you are choosing a material color and text color. Your art and name will then be engraved to reveal the color underneath. Therefore, there are no "full color" badges when you choose to engrave. If you want a full color logo or art, choose a full color name tag product. Colored name tags are UV printed and provide you the option of a full color logo.
If you don't see the photo but a black image instead, the file you are uploading most likely isn't supported. You can try using a different file or format. If not, you can place the order and our order entry team will contact you if the final order and file does not come through properly.
First, login to your account to view your saved and purchased designs. To reorder a saved design, simply click the yellow "order design" button next to the saved design you want to reorder. After clicking on Order Design, you will then click on text box and change text to the new person's name.
We no longer accept faxed orders due to issues with their efficiency.
We do not charge a set up fee if you supply your art, logo or photo.

Our design tool allows you to upload a list of names, which will speed up the order process for bulk orders. Many items also have a bulk ordering option available that allows you to set the design for all items and enter new lines of text individually.

We are associated with PayPal checkout who has made it their entire business model to keep your payment information secure. So when you checkout simply choose the Paypal option and you can store your card with them for future purchases with us.
There are not any rush fees, as most orders are ready to ship the following business day. However, you can choose an expedited shipping method when checking out.
No, you can order 1 product if that is all you need. There are no minimum orders.
