I placed the order on the weekend and realized that I had made a mistake seconds after finalizing the order. Being the weekend there was no one to contact, so I followed the directions and sent an email to ask for it to be updated before printing. No one responded on Monday so I called just to be told that it had been printed and that I could not change or even not have it shipped. It was a costly mistake on my side, but your system is not set up to support your customers well, especially when ordering after hours.
