The Name Tag Wizard Meets 2015

We’re not going to lie, things get a little bit crazy here during the holidays. Over the course of those few short pre-holiday weeks, it feels as though our lasers run nonstop. Our hours may be longer, but our days seem shorter. Name tag orders come in and go out, and the wizard works overtime making sure that only the most beautiful (yes, name tags can be beautiful – they’re kind of our thing) products and designs leave our factories.

But after all the holiday parties, gift giving, and cookies, it’s safe to say that not all of us here are quite ready to let the holidays go just yet. It’s safe to say that we’ve all still got a little bit of leftover holiday fever and this year it’s getting a little ridiculous. In a way, we’re a little like Santa’s elves in that way. And speaking of Santa, what a party the wizard threw for the jolly red man this year! Reindeer and elves and all the cookies and milk anyone could handle! Surely you remember how Santa and the Wizard go way back..

But with all of the holiday gift giving festivities over and done, there’s only one thing left to celebrate – New Years! So how exactly does the Wizard plan to spend his new year?

Well with Santa gone back up to the North Pole to start getting things ready for next year (it is a full time job you know), the Wizard will have to find a new wing man to party with. Usually around this time of year, the Wizard likes to visit Gandalf because even though he is technically retired, he still manages to keep busy. And while we don’t know for sure, we believe that together with Gandalf, the Wizard gets into all sorts of mischief and shenanigans for the New Year.

While we doubt that our 500-something year old Wizard does traditional New Year’s activities like watching the ball drop in Times Square with friends, we do know that a few decades ago he didn’t just go to a New Years Eve party, he went to ALL of the New Years parties! From London to China, the Wizard used his magic to start the New Year off with a bang!

But even though he’s off gallivanting around, don’t think for a second that the Name Tag Wizard has forgotten his customers! Anytime he ever goes off visiting anywhere, he always leaves behind very specific instructions on how the name tag wizard company is to be run in his absence (he is a very particular man and tends to like things just so).

A Home For The Holidays

Oh the weather outside is frightful! Wouldn’t a nice warm fire feel nice to curl up in front of? Wouldn’t it be even better to curl up with someone or something that you love? Every holiday season all across the country, countless animal shelters and sanctuaries work to find homes for as many of their rescued dogs, cats, and other creatures as they can. And while no pet adoption should ever be taken lightly, the holiday season does make a great time to give the gift of love. After all, what more are pets than small little creatures that want nothing but love, attention, respect, and a roof over their heads?

Year in and year out, shelters all over the country act as half way centers for domestic dogs, cats, and other creatures in dire need of a place to stay. The streets are a dangerous place for animals. With millions of cars zooming in and out of streets, exposure to dangerous and noxious chemicals, and especially exposure to the brutal elements all over the world – shelter for these creatures is vital. We’re not going to lie, we’ve caught him taking in strays from time to time that seem to pop up in the strangest of places. Santa Claus Needs The Name Tag Wizards Help!

It’s that time of the year again and Santa’s in trouble! Now the Wizard and Santa go way back – they’re old friends! There is a rumor that our own Wizard used to be a special admirer of Mrs. Clause, but that’s a story for another time and honestly he doesn’t like to talk about it. Truth be told, we think he was a little miffed when Santa came along but there are no hard feelings and the two have been known to share an eggnog or two on occasion! The truth is, that our Wizard absolutely adores those flying reindeer of Santa’s. Whether it’s because they are so magically unique or just because he likes animals, they always manage to leave a few pounds heavier than before after filling up with only the best carrots and other forms of vegetation that the Wizard can conjure up. But Santa’s reindeer needing to go on a diet is the least of jolly old Saint Nick’s worries this year.

As some of you may or may not remember, last year Santa needed name tags for all of his elves because he couldn’t keep all of their names straight. Well during the off season, things get a bit lax – sometimes the elves even wear jeans! As you can imagine, wearing a name tag isn’t exactly a top priority on their morning checklists and when you combine that with enjoying a few too many hard cider’s at their annual holiday gathering. It’s safe to say that no one really knows what became of their name tags! Blitzen might know – he is after all one of the more mischievous reindeers on Santa’s team, but he’s not saying anything.

Well as you can imagine, the elves have only grown in number since last year and Santa being very very old is still having a hard time getting all of their names right and really doesn’t want to risk offending any of them. This Years Top 4 Halloween Costumes For Little Girls!

There’s something truly magical about Halloween! The air cools, the pumpkins appear in mass quantities, and nothing quite compares to the crunch, crunch, crunching of recently fallen leaves beneath your feet on your morning walks. For adults, Fall tends to mean Pumpkin Spice Lattes, Thanksgiving with the family, and lower A/C bills, but to kids all over the country all they can think about is the arrival of Halloween! What’s In A Magnet?

Being the snazzy Name Tag Wizards that we are, we get a lot of questions about our name tags.

“Which one should I buy?”

“How do you make them?”

“How can something so small be such a magically magnificent accessory?”

Okay, so maybe we made that last one up, but for the record, our name tags are manufactured so quickly that magic is really the only possible explanation. But believe it or not, today’s post actually has nothing to do with magic and really has everything to do with science.

Because out of all of the questions we get on a regular basis, the questions about magnets – how do they work? How are they made? Are they truly every bit as strong as the time old tradition of the standard pin backing?

That last one is by far the most interesting because no matter how many times we say it, or put it in writing there’s always that image of a name tag proving itself to be so magical that it disappears completely and no one wants that.

While there are various types of magnets in existence the ones we actually see around us on a daily basis are typically man-made and not natural. We've Had Some Work Done!

Greetings and salutations my dear friends and humble followers!

It has been a short while since I’ve written to you and I apologize for my absence. You see, I’ve had some work done recently and it has taken me a while to fully recuperate. Now don’t sound so shocked! We wizards need this sort of thing once in a while! Unlike humans, the aging process for us is much different and once you hit around 500 years old, you really are overdue for a little nip and tuck- and even though we wizards use magic instead of a plastic surgeons, we still require some down time. From what I was told however, my ~~minions~~ associates have been handling things quite well in my absence! No spontaneous fires, and only one intergalactic rave! All things considered, everything went quite smoothly!

So in honor of my new and refreshed look, we’ve decided to give our website a fresh new look too! Don’t worry! You can still tell who we are! We’re still offering the same great products at the same low prices – we’ve just given ourselves a much needed face lift.

We spent the past few months looking over all of our customer suggestions and made some adjustments. Because as much fun as we have making name tags for everyone, we also want to make sure that we are able to bring our customers the very best customer service and consumer experience that we can conjure up!

So what’s new? In addition to our new homepage, where you can easily browse an assortment of popular products as well as anything new we may have added, my busy little workers have also taken the liberty of updating my picture on the top left, which you can click on from anywhere on the site and automatically be teleported back to the home page!

I must admit my workers and I really out did ourselves with this new design! Not only will the new Name Tag Wizard site look great on your laptops and desktops, but also on all of your newfangled hand help devices. Given that I am over 500 years old, I can safely say that no matter how many people or organizations may try to stop progress, there is no fighting new and emerging technology. You humans are always coming out with new and interesting things and in all my years, no time period has ever been more exciting to watch than the past 100 years. Even in the last 60 years alone, we’ve seen such changes in our daily technologies.

Now thanks to our new look, we are ecstatic to announce that our website is fully compatible with any and all mobile devices! Over the course of my lifetime, I’ve never seen anything like these and while I still don’t understand why anyone would name a product after a fruit, I’ve come to the conclusion with the help of my trusty crystal ball that these devices are definitely here to stay!

Back to School Special Featuring Our PTA Name Tags!

Remember way back when you were just a lowly 6th grader starting middle school for the first time? Think back before your shiny new car, your snazzy apartment, and that awesome new suit you’ve been wanting for the past month. You gathered your pens, pencils, notebooks, and folders – grabbed your backpack and ran out to meet the bus. You found your friends and did your best not to act nervous or intimidated by the 8th graders who seemed to have everything figured out. You went through your first day of classes with ease and managed to find your friends in the lunchroom after a few nerve-wracking minutes- but “what happened to recess?” you asked and then you were told the horrifying news that recess was gone.

But despite your horror, the teachers around you tried their best to be welcoming and give you everything you would need to know to survive not only your first few weeks, but also the year ahead. And as the weeks passed you realized that there were even more fun events than in elementary school. Plays, bake sales, and talent shows are a common occurrence, and while we were all too young to understand what was going on then, we know now that all of these awesome events were the results of an awesome and organized PTA team.

For over a hundred years, Parent Teacher Associations have made it their mission to better the lives of not just parents and teachers, but mostly the children attending the countless number of schools all over the country. For years they have organized newsletters, countless events and fundraising methods all in the hopes of generating more money to be put back in to the schools for all the tools necessary for success. In today’s world, information and technology are constantly evolving, and as a result things like computers and textbooks become outdated in no time at all.
