Here is a step-by-step walkthrough for creating nametags online using our custom design wizard. Simply choose the type of badge you want to create from the front page to begin designing:

From this screen you are asked whether you want a logo included, the quantity of badges you'd like, and the shape/size of your name tags. The logo type will determine what overall process is used to make your name tags, no logo skips to Step 3

Design wizard step 2

On this screen you are asked to browse your computer for the logo file to upload. Keep in mind if you chose "Engraved logo" that the logo can contain only one color that will match the colors chosen in Step 3.

Design wizard step 3

This screen allows you to preview your name tag design and customize it's appearance. You are able to change the overall color of the name tags, text displayed, and logo positioning if applicable. It's best to have your design look as close to your needs as possible from this stage. Free professional review option available to tweak any oddities that may arrise.

Design wizard step 4

Almost finished! This screen allows you to put the finishing touches on your name tags and their options. If you are creating multiple name tags the wizard will allow you to modify additional names individually. Styling of each name tag after the one designed will match the finished preview. After this you are taken to your cart where you can checkout and purchase your custom name tags.

Our team of experts can design you 3-4 sample tags proofs and email them to you within 1 business day. Once you approve the name tag that you want simply email us a list of names, payment information and a shipping address we process the order.

Most orders take only 2-3 days! If you have an event that you need them tomorrow, simply call and ask, we can probably do it!

Name Badge FAQ

What graphic file types do you accept?
Our name tags are made at the highest quality level so it is best your graphic files are as well. We suggest 300DPI for best results.
With our graphic designers help we are able to process additional .PDF and .EPS formats that are not compatible with the wizard.

What will my badges look like?
Your badges depend on settings that you are able to customize via the wizard or request our graphic designers to make small adjustments for proofing.

What types of name tags do you make?
Our name tags are laser engraved, screen printed, and digitally subliminated for the perfect result every time.
The type of name badge you receive depends on your choices within the wizard and what we would recommend - or by request if you would like your badges made by a certain method.

How soon will my order arrive?
The time it takes for your order to be processed is dependant on the quantity, type of name tags and shipping method purchased. We ship most orders within 2 business days.

Where are my badges sent from?
We manufacture every name tag ordered directly in-house proceeding it's order. We are located in Jacksonville, FL.

Do you accept purchase orders?
We do currently accept purchase orders - any purchase orders are to be handled through our customer service. Feel free to call or email us.

How do I reorder my name tags?
We recomend all reorders go through our reorders page using your reorder number found in the order receipt.
From there you can customize your previous design we have on file with new names. If for some reason your order is not found or the name tags are otherwise incorrect, we recommend trying to redesign your badges with our design wizard.

I keep getting an error, what do I do?
